I absolutely love seeing you hanging around during times when you are not expected to be there. Smiling at everyone and giving me that 'whats-up-with-dat-bij' look. You simply brighten up the mood of everyone that you talk to and your presence is so grand we can feel is from hundreds feet away :-) Seriously, you don't need to be here because you have been etched into all our hearts deeply. The way you make decisions are so fair which makes you a great role model, everyone should probably learn leadership qualities from you. You are so a m a z i n g (that scares me, oh dear)
